Augie has been with Digi-Trax since the third quarter of 1999. Augie manages the Digi-Trax hardware service & support department. He provides telephone support and depot repair service for all of the equipment marketed by Digi-Trax Corporation. Augie is certified by Zebra Technologies to provide service and support for their "Z" and "Xi" model printers. He has received extensive in-house service training on all of the Cognitive printers and on SATO America's M84xx, CL4xx and CL6xx printers. Augie also supports the Symbol Technologies laser scanners.
