This label is designed to be placed on blood bags or on syringes. It features a convenient peel off portion that will adhere to a syringe. The liner can be taken off as one or two pieces to accommodate bag or syringe applications.  This is the full four quadrant media used for imaging the complete ISBT-128 full face label.  The label measures 4 x 4 inches and includes a 2 x .75 inch die cut in the upper left hand corner so that the unit number imaged does not over label an existing Unit Identification Number already applied to the blood bag.  Labels peel from a release liner with perforations between labels. The labels are shipped in a PACK, 950 labels to the roll, 4 rolls per pack (3,800 labels/pack).  Each PACK also contains 1 roll of ribbon, which is enough to print all of the labels in the carton.
