The QL Series:  220 & 320

Take printing to the Point-of-Transaction with Zebra’s newest addition the QL Series, featuring flexible connectivity options with QuickLink™ interchangeable radio modules. Fit the proper radio module to your wireless backbone requirements, utilize IRDA or connect with cables to a wide variety of portable terminals.

Zebra QL’s offer a variety of wired and wireless connectivity solutions to meet your needs. We now offer BlueTooth® technology plus 802.11 or 802.11b for the QL320 model. QL320 has a maximum print width of 3.12” with 203 dpi resolution. Its companions the QL220 has a maximum print width of 2.12” and the QL420 a maximum print width of 4.12”.

You can even add LCD control panel, linerless printing and up to 2 MB SRAM and 2 MB flash memory. Optional fast charger with LED’s will re-charge both the 2.1 Ahr and 4.2 Ahr Li-Ion batteries in 2-3 hours. A quad charger will conveniently charge up to 4 batteries in a single location.

The feature rich QL series has a convenient tear bar, reflective (black mark) sensing, Quick-Flip one step peel and present mode, center-loading media for variable roll widths and a “Clamshell” design for easy loading. Zebra’s exclusive rubber-infused plastic housing eliminates the need for an environmental case and will withstand multiple 5 foot drops to concrete.

This Printer is Discontinued

The Code Ranger models are lightweight but heavy-duty and allow you to print almost anywhere. The NiMH battery will last for a full eight hour shift; 1100 mAh for the cabled versions (RJ45, serial). For wireless 802.11b the battery is 1600 mAh.

The tough impact plastic shell can be supplemented with a weatherproof carrying case for harsh conditions. Code Ranger will print at speeds up to 4 ips. The direct thermal Code Ranger will print 1.89” wide at 203 dpi resolution and comes in two roll diameter sizes: 2” OD and 3.125” OD.  The easy access door and center justified media path makes loading fast and easy. Code Ranger has the capability of adding a linerless platen for increasing the quantity of labels by up to 50%.
