The customer must contact Digi-Trax to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Returned items will not be accepted without a valid RMA form. Returns must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance and any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned during the 30 day period may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. In the event that Digi-Trax receives a replacement purchase order for alternative product of similar value, this fee may be waived. Credit or item replacement will only be issued upon Digi-Trax’s inspection, approval and acceptance of the returned product.
Digi-Trax standard (stock) items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase if the product is returned sealed and undamaged in its original packaging. Digi-Trax reserves the right to determine return based upon inspection of product. Damaged or used products are not eligible for full credit.
Software is not returnable. Lifecycle Support Service Fees are billed annually in advance and are not refundable.
Custom products are not returnable and therefore not subject to the terms of this policy.
If any items are found to have engineering defects or are determined to be defective in manufacturing workmanship, Digi-Trax shall authorize the replacement of equipment at no charge. The return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer. Digi-Trax will ship replacement product at no charge.
If there is a discrepancy between the items ordered and the items shipped, this discrepancy must be reported to Digi-Trax within 14 days of receipt of the partial/incorrect order. This restriction does not apply to orders that were partially shipped due to backorder of product.
Digi-Trax is not responsible for replacing any lost or stolen items.
Digi-Trax will not replace or repair any product damaged during shipment without claim information from the shipping company.
