Our HemaTrax® blood identification system includes your choice of either a Zebra or SATO tabletop printer or a desktop printer, depending upon your label printing volume and needs.
HemaTrax®-CT cellular therapy labeling system includes a desktop printer, software and labels.

Enhanced Printhead Warranty
Effective April 12, 2021, all Zebra mobile, desktop and tabletop printer printheads will now be covered under a 1 year warranty. The warranty change applies to printheads purchased as a kit and shipped by Zebra or by Digi-Trax®. Proof of purchase is necessary to claim warranty. Printheads shipped by Zebra or purchased from Zebra or Digi-Trax prior to the effective date will retain the original 6-month warranty.

Zebra Desktop Printers: 2-Year Warranty Announcement
Zebra Desktop printers deliver premium print quality and superior performance because they are designed to exceed rigorous quality testing standards. For this reason, we are pleased to announce that several Desktop printer models will now offer a standard 2-year warranty.
Effective June 29, 2020: Desktop printer models ZD120, ZP888, ZD220, ZD230, ZD888, ZD420, ZD620, ZD410, ZD510-HC and ZD500R will offer a standard warranty coverage of 2 years. This warranty change impacts only devices shipped by Digi-Trax on or after this effectivity date, whichever is later. Products shipped or purchased prior to the effective date will retain the original 1-year warranty. Print heads and accessories shipped as part of or with the device are not impacted by the change.

Patient wristbands are the foundation for a safer, more efficient process for delivering care. We offer printing solutions from Zebra Technologies and SATO. The ZD510-HC Wristband Printing solution combines the reliable ZD510-HC printer with easy-to-load cartridges containing the only antimicrobial-coated wristbands on the market – Zebra’s Z-Band® wristbands. SATO’s WS2 and WS4 series printers are compatible with SoftTouch Wristbands.

The SATO WS4 Series 4-inch desktop thermal printers are feature-rich, affordably priced with great production for patient ID solutions from Digi-Trax. Compatible with SATO SoftTouch Wristbands.
