Digi-Trax Return Policy

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Software not written by Digi-Trax is not returnable.

Custom products are excluded from return policy since suitability will already have been determined.


RETURNABLE ITEMS
Any product stocked by Digi-Trax may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. (Check with Customer Service to see if your item is stocked at Digi-Trax).  To be eligible, the product must be returned sealed, undamaged in its original package. Digi-Trax reserves the right to determine the above by inspection.  Damaged or used product is not eligible.

Digi-Trax must be contacted prior to return for issuance of a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the returnee.

Goods returned during the 30 day period are subject to a 20% restocking charge.  If like amount of other Digi-Trax products are purchased, PO received with returned goods, then no restocking fee will be charged.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RMA NUMBER ISSUED BY RMA DEPT.  RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ISSUING OF RMA NUMBER.  CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE ISSUED UPON THE ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF THE PRODUCT RETURNED.

RESTRICTIONS
The above policy is limited to purchases of $3000.00 or less only.  If a purchase exceeds $3000.00, Digi-Trax at its discretion will ship a partial order so that the customer may determine the suitability of the product.  Upon written confirmation that the product is acceptable, Digi-Trax will ship the balance of the order.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the above cases, if any goods are found to have engineering defects or are determined to be defective in manufacturing workmanship, Digi-Trax shall authorize the replacement of product only at no charge.  The return shipment costs are the responsibility of the returnee.  Digi-Trax will ship replacement product at no charge.

Digi-Trax Corporation accepts responsibility only for replacement of defective product.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
It is the receiver’s responsibility to report any damaged shipments to the shipping company as well as to Digi-Trax.  Digi-Trax will not replace or repair any product damaged during shipment without claim information from the shipping company.

Any product missing from shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt.  Digi-Trax is not responsible to replace any lost, stolen, or strayed articles after the 14 days.
